Thanks for shopping with Salt & Saddle. Every order is made just for you through our fulfillment partner, Printful, so we appreciate your patience while your items are created and sent your way.
Processing Time
All orders are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Please allow 2-7 business days for processing before your order ships. During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days for United States orders and 7-21 business days for international orders. Shipping times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, customs, weather, or seasonal volume.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items ordered and where they are produced.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Salt & Saddle is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Salt & Saddle is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. If your package appears to be lost, please contact the carrier first. If you need help, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to assist.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply once the package reaches their country.
